  1. If you contact us we may collect the following information from you. We use this information to avoid sending duplicate material and to make data collection quicker when purchasing later:

    • the product that interests you
    In addition, we shall keep details of any product that you purchase. We do not keep other information about you. The information we hold will be accurate at the time of receipt. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The information is held securely in electronic form in accordance with our internal security policy.
  2. We will not pass any information about you to any other person or business.
  3. We do not send general marketing material. We do occasionally send news letters by email but you will only receive these if you have previously elected to do so.

Our Website

  1. We will never attempt to track your browsing habits. The only cookies used by our website are to keep track of basket contents and order progress and will be deleted when you close your browser. Upon returning to our website, you will not be identifiable by us and will therefore be treated as a new visitor.
  2. Barclaycard will collect your credit/debit card details if you order via the website. These are stored in encrypted form on the Barclaycard website and never revealed to us. If you order via the telephone the card details are entered into the Barclaycard system by us and not kept by us. If you wish to make further purchases you will have to give us the card details again.
  3. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Our Forum

  1. Our forum may use cookies to identify logged-in users and may keep a record of the topics and posts you have viewed so that unread topics and posts may be highlighted for your convenience. We do not use this information except for the functioning of the forum.
  2. Registration on our forum requires a valid email address. This will be hidden from other users by default but you may choose to reveal it, at your own risk.
  3. Except for a valid email address, registration and use of our forum does not require that you provide any other personal or identifying information. We recommend that you do not enter such information if you do not wish to be identified by other forum users.
  4. Information that you enter on our forum will be held securely on our server and offline.
  5. We are not responsible for the content of our forum. We try to minimise spam and offensive content and to delete it as soon as possible. Logged-in users are able to report posts to us for consideration and possible removal.
