Terms & Conditions

1. General.

1.1 All orders accepted by Fyne Boat Kits UK are subject to these terms and conditions. Descriptions and illustrations shown on the website and in the brochures are intended to give only an appreciation of the goods: specifications may vary slightly. If the items are unavailable no substitute items will be delivered without the permission of the customer.

2. Orders.

2.1 Orders can be made by telephone, post or via the secure server on the website. Payment may be made by credit card, by cheque (payable to ‘Fyne Boat Kits’ and sent to the address below) or by bank transfer. Fyne Boat Kits UK shall confirm the order and the price.

3. Prices.

3.1 The prices against the goods include VAT but do not include packing and delivery charges which may be due. All prices may, exceptionally, be subject to change without prior notice but will not change after the order is confirmed by Fyne Boat Kits UK.

4. Packing and Delivery.

4.1 Orders will be subject to a packing and delivery charge.

4.2 Normally items will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order. If we are unable to dispatch within this time we shall notify you by email or telephone.

5. Return of Goods.

Fyne Boat Kits UK will only accept returned goods with prior notification.

5.1 Unwanted goods.

Credit will be given for items returned if they reach Fyne Boat Kits UK in an ‘as sold’ condition within seven days of customer receipt. A refund of the full price paid will be made excluding the cost of inspection, packing and delivery and card transaction costs. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

5.2 Damaged goods.

If the boxes are damaged on delivery, the customer should indicate this when signing for the delivery.

If the goods are damaged on delivery, providing the customer notifies Fyne Boat Kits UK within two days of receipt, goods damaged upon receipt will be replaced or a full refund given. The customer will not bear any additional delivery cost.

6. Delivery.

Risks associated with the safe keeping of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Delivery may be effected, at the option of the customer, by one of two methods:

6.1 When Fyne Boat Kits UK delivers the goods to the customer at the customer's premises.

6.2 When Fyne Boat Kits UK delivers the goods to the customer at Fyne Boat Kits UK premises.

7. Jurisdiction.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

8. Complaints.

Complaints about the goods may be made in writing to the address below.
